Our Little Recap

I decided to go to another subject, "So... we have everything ready, when do you want the wedding to be?" I asked her, I could imagine her in a gorgeous wedding gown, walking down the aisle towards me... I was getting shivers just thinking about it.

I'm sure I turned red. "W-Well, I was sort of thinking about it. Um... when it's convenient for your mother to have a week to take care of Sean Casey. I don't want to sound selfish, but I want a honeymoon alone with you..."

"You aren't being selfish, it only makes sense that we have that time and there are plenty of people to ask around the house, I'm sure everyone will be willing to take part in caring for him." I thought about it, "Mom and Katie maybe?"

I nodded. "Y-Yeah, they really seem to love him. Katie has been sneaking around hugging him at night. I hear her." I smiled... it was kind of cute.

"I think Katie will make a great mom one day... although I'm not sure I can picture her being pregnant... she's my twin." I felt my face turn red.

"I think I can... and hopefully she'll be cute, like I picture her!" I smiled happily. "Yeah, she'll be beautiful as a pregnant girl!" <3

I still couldn't picture it, "I wonder if she'll be the one in our family to have twins... I mean we've always kind of wondered where the twin gene comes from or who it's going to." I chuckled, "Obviously not us!"

I giggled at that. "I actually... really can picture Katie with twins." I said with a grin. "I can see that!"

"Yeah I think I can too! It doesn't seem to really fit anyone else but only time can really tell..." I finished eating breakfast and held out my arms for Sean.

I set down my toast and handed him over with a frown before picking it back up. "I only give him to you because you're his father. If you had no relation, you wouldn't be holding him." I laughed. "I'm too protective of him."

"Aw Andy..." I only got to hold him every so often and then after school and work... she saw him more than I did and sometimes I would try and get in there to change his diapers claiming that I just wanted Andy to rest. >_>

I giggled. "You're so gentle with him though." I winked. "Maybe I should let you do more work, hmm...? Oh, he'll poop sometime soon. Yooooour turn to change it!"

"Fine, I'll change it and I'll bet I change diapers better than you do!" I said it like it was a challenge! >3

I raised an eyebrow at him. "You're trying to win against maternal instincts? I don't know about that, Ian..."

"I'm joking, joking." I patted her arm gently and realized just how much I could love this life with her, how much I adored our morning routine already.

"OH MY DUCK WHERE IS IT?!?!" I exclaimed, tripping over my own shoe in my bedroom, desperately looking for the tiny white box. "Where is it?!!?!?!!"

*Amanda*

"Where is what?" I walked into the room sucking on a sucker with my hands in my pockets, looking healthier than ever with short spiky hair and eyebrows! 83 No longer bald.

"Maybe I can help you find it?" I got on my knees and looked under his bed.

I gulped. "Ah... uh... I've already told you, haven't I? I-I'm going to propose to Keely today... but I can't find the ring!!! It's in a small white box!" T^T

I frowned, "I know you told me but I didn't think you'd lose the ring!" I was a little disappointed in him but being his best friend I had to sympathize. I began to look around under things and in boxes and drawers.

I was on the verge of tears. If I didn't find it. No, I had to! It took me an entire year to save up for it! "I-I don't know where it could have possibly-"

"Ewi...?" I turned to see Kara standing in my door, holding a little box with tears in her eyes. "I sowwy... I didn't know it was yuhs!" I walked over and knelt in front of her when she handed me the box now, multi-colored box to me with shaking hands. "Mommy is mad at me and so ah you! I sowwy!!" She started crying and I really couldn't be mad. She was so darn cute!

"K-Kara, thank you for bringing it back to me. And I love that you decorated it! It's so pretty!" I opened the box and sighed in relief that the ring was still there. It was yellow gold with a simple solitaire in it. "Thank you so much!"

I sighed with relief as well and got down to pick up Kara, "Thank you for being honest, Kara! Big brother is going to bring in a new family member, we have to keep it hush though!" The only way to get Kara to keep a secret was to put a finger to the middle of your lips and say 'shhh' and she would immediately repeat it and give a serious nod.

"That's my girl." I kissed her forehead, "Let's go get your doodle pad, okay?"

"OTAY!"

I waved to her with a grin and she waved back. I sighed audibly. "Why am I even doing this today? I don't even have a plan for how to do it... I'm so stupid." I looked at my watch. We were on spring break, but Keely's school didn't have spring break until a week after. I'd asked Amanda and we both had agreed she'd want to show her friends as soon as possible. Was I really going to do this?

I stood up and pulled my shoes on. If I left now, I'd get there just as her school got out and she'd be with all of her friends... perfect! I ran out the door and was on my way with a nicely decorated box! <3

*Keely*

"Honestly I prefer caramel chocolates over just chocolates." I said during a discussion of who made the best chocolates, we were tossing between snickers and three musketeers.

"I like the nutty ones." Kim said, "But sometimes I really like Baby Ruth's!"

"I'd do anything for a snickers bar." Lexi said.

(Really, I would...)

I ran through the school gates and spotted Keely. Augh, what was I doing? Was I stupid? What if she said no? Well, it'd be in front of a ton of people whom I don't know. Was I stupid...? Yes.

"Keely!" I exclaimed, running up to her. I was gasping for breath and everyone began to look at me. I hugged her gently, then grabbed some air. "I need to say something, so I'm just going to go ahead and say it.."

Everyone and their grandmother was watching and I stood pretty much in surprise that he'd practically teleported to me, which made me want to giggle but I stifled it and just smiled, "Okay!" I said cheerfully.
